Wolf is Founder and President of bbphc GmbH, a CMC biotech consulting company, and is currently a member of the Advisory Board at Neurimmune and an Observer at Virdante Pharmaceuticals.

Wolf previously served as Chief Technical Officer, Senior Vice President of Technical Development and Senior Vice President of Biopharmaceutical Science at Biogen Idec; Vice President of Biopharmaceuticals at Hoffmann-La Roche and International Advisor for all Roche pharmaceutical biotechnology projects in development; and Head of the Biotechnology Process Development Group for pharmaceutical biologics at Boehringer Ingelheim. Throughout his entire career at Biogen Idec, Hoffmann La Roche and Boehringer Ingelheim, Wolf has worked on native and recombinant interferons and numerous antibodies.

Wolf also served as Director at Merus.

Wolf obtained a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of London.
